Blogging Jupino is brought to you by Cobblestone Realty. It is our goal to provide a forum where we can educate, inform as well as entertain our clients and readers about the Jupiter, Juno Beach, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens and the greater Palm Beach County real estate market and community. Because our area consists of a high margin of families relocating, seasonal/part-time citizens and is experiencing a rapid growth in development, we see the value in providing current information on living in Jupiter and the surrounding areas.
Our forum allows clients to communicate with their agent through comments, posts, online chat and calling capabilities via Skype. We are excited to provide these services to our current clients as well as those who are just getting their feet wet in the real estate market. Now, you’re probably wondering….”What is Blogging Jupino (pronounced Jup-a-no)?” A few years ago while out walking with the kids we ended up at the Juno Beach Pier. I explained that north of the pier is Jupiter and south of the pier is Juno Beach. Our son stood in the center of the pier and exclaimed, “We’re in Jupino!” From that moment on Jupino was coined as the dividing line between Jupiter and Juno Beach. Hence, we thought the name uniquely captured the purpose of our blog (Jupiter + Juno Beach = Jupino).
About Cobblestone Realty
Cobblestone Realty was created by Joe Quirk and Tom Ryan in January 2007. Tom & Joe have worked together for over 30 years in national and international sales. Their partnership in real estate began five years ago when they began investing in the residential real estate market in Palm Beach County. Their real estate investment portfolio has grown tremendously and co-exists with their most recent company, Cobblestone Realty. Joe has taken the knowledge he has gained from investing in real estate and transformed that to become a licensed agent and President of Cobblestone Realty. His past successes in business has continued on in the real estate industry where he has accomplished building a well rounded staff of agents in a short period of time and during the most difficult time while most of the real estate market has been suffering.
Joe owns homes in Juno Beach and Abacoa in Jupiter where he lives with his wife Susanne and four of his five children. His oldest daughter Nicole lives in Boston with her husband Matt and their three children. Joe is an avid golfer and is proud to be known around the house as Mr. Fix It!
